Before he was an Iron Chef, Chef Bobby Flay was an up-and-coming New York City restaurateur gaining acclaim for bold, Southwestern cuisine at his restaurant, Mesa Grill. H originally joined the team at Next in April 2023 as a Food Runner, before transferring to Alinea just a few short months later in June. Since he’s been with the Alinea team, he has earned a promotion to his current role as Back Server in October 2023. It’s been a joy to see H grow with TAG, and we’re looking forward to much more to come. Get to know more about H below!
