Tom Brady’s retirement marked the end of an era in American football. Tonight, “The Goat 🐐“ is getting inducted into the New England Patriots Hall of Fame. Today has even been proclaimed as Tom Brady Day throughout the Commonwealth! There are so many key values and lessons we can learn from his remarkable career: Resilience and Perseverance: Brady’s journey wasn’t always smooth. He faced setbacks, including being drafted late in the sixth round. Yet, he persisted, worked hard, and became a legend. His resilience teaches us that setbacks don’t define us; our response does. Consistency and Longevity: Brady’s career spanned 23 seasons, marked by consistent excellence. He never had a “bad” season, defying the usual decline seen in athletes. His longevity reminds us that sustained effort and discipline lead to greatness. Teamwork and Leadership: Brady’s leadership on and off the field was crucial. He motivated teammates, built strong connections, and led by example. His success wasn’t just individual; it was a team effort. We learn that leadership is about lifting others up. Family Support: Brady often credits his family for their unwavering support. Their presence at games and celebrations showed the importance of a strong support system. Family provides grounding, love, and perspective during challenging times. He was also supported by many mentors along the way. Legacy and Impact: Brady’s legacy extends beyond records. He ushered in the modern passing era, inspiring young quarterbacks. His impact on the game will live in. We learned that our actions ripple beyond ourselves; they shape the future. Looking forward to the celebration of Tom Brady and his remarkable journey that transcends sports! He will forever be a Patriot. Thanks for the memories TB12. Love that The Brady Kids put this together to support their dad on such an incredible night! An interesting article on life in the NIL era. In addition to the University of Colorado's large contingent of media staff, Deion Sanders, Jr. has a separate social media empire, and runs the YouTube channels of several Buffaloes' players. Coach Prime bankrolls Deion Jr.'s venture, and given his both personal and financial investment in the players, I doubt Coach Prime plans to leave Colorado anytime soon. (This article doesn't discuss another member of the social media team, Darius Sanders, who isn't related to the other Sanderses) https://lnkd.in/gv-d_4Rp

I agree with Tucker Carlson. In a world that's increasingly filled with conflicts and wars, it's crucial to pause and consider the true cost of such actions. War brings devastation and suffering to innocent people, both at home and in far-off lands. It's disheartening to see politicians and leaders so eager to send young men and women into harm's way without fully understanding the consequences. I believe it's important to question why we invest so much in warfare while our communities and schools struggle with budget cuts. War doesn't just consume resources; it takes away lives, leaving families shattered and communities grieving. Let's strive for a world where diplomatic solutions and peacebuilding take precedence over the destructive path of war, because, in the end, it's our generation that will have to pick up the pieces and strive for a better future.
