Even if you don't think you need to it, get on the website and have a look as I used it thinking I didn't and found it really helpful.
I think its easier to access than some EAP programmes, people are very wary of EAP's but this service is very easy to use and I've directed people to it as they haven't been able to get help on the EAP programme due to wait lists etc.
I think the ECG can help make something unseen seen. Great idea
