Amen…. 🙏 spot on on theses points. I don’t think think this will change anytime soon! The luck of qualified professionals out their changing work to different profession trying to get away from this toxic environment proves my point.

For some mental health is an apitany that goes undetected we should all talk and keep highlighting the very big issues of mental health keep talking be kind and reach out it's not a disease it's what's happening on a daily basis, there are People who will listen help and understand, I'm a firm believer in mankind being kind, so be kind be happy and help each other because you will never know when it might happen to you, love and respect to each and every single one of you. Educational list and so many things on this list that get blurred along the way in the name of loyalty. Also, blame culture for me is a red flag.... probably you can't change that culture, so find one better.
