November is National American Indian Heritage Month. Also known as Native American Heritage Month, there are a number of ways to commemorate the event at your workplace, including celebrating the Native American heritage of your own team members or hosting educational events for your employees at work. You could also seek out Native American-owned businesses in your community and share the info with your team. Unsure what would resonate best with your staff? Energy sovereignty refers to the right of communities to make their own decisions about energy generation, distribution, and consumption in a way that is appropriate for them.
