How did you prepare to become a founder? ✏️
🚀 My Journey to Becoming a Founder: From Passion to Purpose 🚀
20 years ago, I embarked on a journey fueled by passion. Armed with a degree in economics, I believed I could run a business successfully, simply because I loved what I did. Little did I know that passion alone wasn't enough.
In the early days, I found myself running what felt like charity centers rather than a thriving venture. My lack of planning had taken a toll on my family, and I wasn't truly content with the direction I was heading.
It was time for a change.
I reflected, I sought knowledge, and I made a pivotal decision. I enrolled in the Women Entrepreneurs Program at IIM Bangalore, where I immersed myself in the art and science of building a successful empire.

The program was a game-changer. It armed me with the essential principles, strategies, and insights needed to turn my passion into a purpose-driven business.

Today, I stand proudly at the helm of a wonderful team and a business that provides clean, nourishing food to people. Our organic products are cultivated with compassion, not chemicals. You can feel the taste and flavor when you savor them.

We are not just sustaining ourselves; we're nurturing the soil, ensuring it thrives rather than depleting its vitality.

This journey has taught me that while passion is the spark, knowledge and a well-thought-out plan are the fuel that drives a venture forward.
