What excites me about coming to work at the Little clinic is just the opportunity that I am so available in the community to help anybody at a moments notice. I think that's what we hear a lot from patients is just the convenience behind our locations and our scheduling that they can see us without too much problems. And the thought that any day that I come in to work could make a big difference in the patient's life or their Healthcare is is important as a nurse practitioner. Or provider. What I'm most excited about is the expansion of the little clinic and their ability to serve other populations and communities. What most excites me about the future of Kroger Health is the role we can play in bridging gaps of care. And that's no more important than the present time. With all of the challenges we face in healthcare at the moment, the ease with which we can get patients in to see us at a moment's notice is exciting. And you you really get great feedback from patients how important that is to them when I think about a memorable moment with a patient. Do reflect back on meeting a woman who was just coming in for a basic medication refill, but building that personal connection and talking about our lives back and forth. I came to learn that she had been living in her car for a couple of months and hadn't been on her diabetes medications for 3-4 or five months just to to lack of insurance and funds. So we were able to work together and find a schedule to increase her health maintenance appointments and get her the lab work and the medications that. Needed to get back on track and her labs and started to improve drastically and her blood pressure even came down and it was just really rewarding when she came back to see me six months later and was just so thankful for the time that we took with her and was so excited to tell us that she had gotten a new job and was back on insurance and excited to move forward and and her healthcare. One of those innovations that excites me and truly is our new kiosk system that we've been piloting. Here at this location, it has increased patient satisfaction, able to get walk-ins scheduled more conveniently and with better ease, less burden on the patients. So we've had a lot of positive feedback with that, and we look forward to rolling it out to our other clinics in the region soon. I became a nurse practitioner because every patient is a puzzle and I love puzzles, but also because they need to learn to trust people to have more education. And to have more advocacy for their own health, and I'd like to be part of that as journeys.
