Our team had the opportunity to tour Westhaven Park IID, a 96-unit mixed-income multi-family development located on Chicago's Near West Side. This 12-story precast concrete building will offer one- and two-bedroom units. Sixty-six percent of units will be affordable, and the remaining units will be leased at market rate. Apartment features include quartz kitchen countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless-steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers. The complex will also offer a fitness center, community room, and rooftop terrace. Additionally, the site boasts easy access to the new CTA Green Line station at Lake Street and Damen Avenue.
