We're excited to once again be a part of Legends South, one of Chicago's most ambitious public housing revitalization projects. The 6th phase of this transformative development is now underway, bringing us closer to the goal of 2,400 mixed-income rental and affordable homeownership units. This latest addition will feature a 4-story corridor building with 40 units and nearly 4,000 square feet of commercial space, alongside two 3-story walk-up buildings designed by Brook Architecture. Legends South is reimagining the former Robert Taylor Homes site, reconnecting it to the city's fabric. Previous phases have already established new streets, creating more walkable blocks and a variety of inviting public and private spaces.
