Hello, everyone. I'm Nick Berger. I'm the Director of Commercial Leasing here at The Moinian Group. Just want to thank everybody for participating in our first annual Moinian Mile. We had a fantastic, fantastic turnout for our first ever Monia Mile event and we're incredibly appreciative of the brokerage community. So we want to take this time to announce our grand prize winners. We have 3 grand prizes. We have a private jet from New York to Miami round trip. We have courtside nick tickets, and we also have a blade trip from anywhere in New York City to JFK. So. Going to take everyone's names that we had attend, put it in the bag, we'll shake it up, and we'll pick our wins First prize Blade trip anywhere from New York City. To JFK. An hour when it was dropped it. Our winner is Matthew Becker from Saviles. Matthew, congratulations. And now our second prize. Courtside in New York Knick tickets Two seats for neck for our game at next season. And our winner here. Is from CB Richard Ellis, Kyle Zarba, Kyle, congratulations. And now our last prize, our Grand Grand Grand Prize private jet from New York to Miami round trip. And the winner is. All formichelli, Paul, congratulations. You've won the grand grand grand prize at the 1st Annual Moynihan Mile.
