Breaking news: We've been caught red-handed... being awesome again! 🕵️♂️ That's right, folks. The BDI ranking guide has once more named us a leading law firm in commercial litigation and class actions. Shocking, we know. It's almost as if we spend our days actually working instead of polishing our awards. (Spoiler: We do both.) Now, we know what you're thinking: "Another accolade? Do lawyers ever get tired of patting themselves on the back?" Well, we're here to tell you... nope! We love it almost as much as we love a well-drafted contract. Almost. But seriously, while we could spend all day giving ourselves gold stars (and believe us, we've considered it), we'd rather focus on what really matters: our clients, our team, and finding creative ways to bill for coffee breaks. Kidding! (Or are we?) So here's to another year of legal eagle excellence, with a healthy dose of self-deprecating humor on the side. Because if you can't laugh at yourself in this profession, well... you're probably busy working on billable hours. Hey everyone! I have been pretty MIA on LinkedIn, so busy with work and school. Checkout this awesome recognition from my peers UNF University Development and Alumni Engagement for my coworker Ivan Korostenskij and I! Very honored to have received this jaw-dropping trophy! In all seriousness, I am very happy to be in a place where I get to have the freedom to find solutions to data-related problems in an entrepreneurial way. We worked hard for a month straight to create that auditing report, and now it can be easily pulled for the next fiscal years. No more numerous days spent manually creating that report! Additionally, it is rewarding to assist team members by making their lives easier- whether by making data more accessible, easier to understand, or more accurate. Reducing the time people must spend on tasks is something I genuinely look forward to! A little education update too: I passed my programming 1 class last semester and am currently taking computational structures (discrete math). Both have been essential in helping me warp my mind into thinking like a programmer, which has been so useful in automating processes. I have Ivan to thank for assisting me on the more technical side of these processes! Till next time
