Spicy/hot/lukewarm/already said a million times but worth repeating community tip: Log out of your admin accounts and run through your community registration as a member. Read the emails that come into your inbox. Check out the notifications. Pretend you know nothing. Make a list of how that can be improved. If it's a newer community, go to your teams to make sure they validate what you're seeing. If it's a more mature community and you have trusted members, they can also help. You just need to be specific on your asks for either side helping you out. Then put a reminder on your calendar in a quarter (or two) to go back and test it all over again. Member journey is something to regularly review. 😊

“Don’t disconnect us!” -22.8 million households in the United States Help us advocate for congressional action to save the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), which is unexpectedly set to expire in April 2024! This federal benefit provides up to $30 a month toward home internet service for eligible participants. Failure by Congress to fund the ACP will disrupt the lives of one in six American households, forcing them to choose between internet access and other essentials. Two key things to know: If you are enrolled in the ACP, your internet bill will go back to what it was before the benefit was applied. You are responsible for paying it in full unless you cancel or change your service. You can join national efforts underway to save the ACP!
