I recently had the opportunity to join a group of Permanente physician leaders in Washington, D.C., where we met with members of Congress and their staff to discuss some of the most pressing issues facing health care today. We shared our perspectives on how to advance medical innovation, protect health care workers from violence, and support physician well-being and resilience. It was an honor to represent Permanente Medicine and our commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered, and affordable care. You can read more about our advocacy efforts in this article.
