The name of your business or brand can go a long way towards helping you achieve success. For instance, my wife, Barbara, and I were driving down Kneeland Street in Boston recently when Boston Kitchen Pizza caught our eyes. Sure, we both love #pizza, so that's one reason we were drawn to their sign. But the name of the restaurant on the sign sounded like they might be the official pizza of the city or something. I also noticed that they said they served Boston's best pizza as well. So why would we go anywhere else for our pizza? They're the best, right? You know and I know that a lot of other restaurants in #Boston probably make the same claim. That's #marketing. That's #advertising. That's business. That's important to note how far the name alone of your business or brand can go in getting the undivided attention of your customers and prospects. #MarketingLife

Hello, if you haven't heard the news, our Design District pizzeria suffered a fire in the early morning hours. Luckily no one was hurt, our doors were closed and no one was inside the restaurant at the time. The damage is bad and are unsure when or even if it will be possible to reopen. In the spirit of our scrappy brand, we are going back to our pop up roots! Our first priority is to keep our staff employed, and community served. Starting Friday around 5pm Square Pie City @ Freehold Studios in Wynwood launches. Please be patient as the team figures out a new space. It was a pizzeria so it has great bones. For this weekend expect Detroit Style Pizzas and slices only. Hoping to get back to a full menu ASAP. Still working on getting online ordering and delivery up.
