The Farnborough International Airshow: the event where orders are made and the future of aviation is showcased firsthand. Like many of you, we attended many times, driven by both professional and personal interest. However, with Airbus Aircraft possibly turning down new aircraft orders due to its massive backlog, it raises the question: can airports manage the influx of current and future aircraft? Is it feasible to increase the number of aircraft stands, or have we reached the point where "sweating the assets" is no longer enough? We firmly believe it's time to rethink and structurally improve critical processes, as aviation growth outpaces the physical expansion capabilities of airports. Want to learn how? Commercial planes are generally divided into two groups. Narrow-body, or single-aisle, planes like the 737 typically carry 100 to 200 passengers on domestic U.S. flights. Wide-body, or twin-aisle, planes can take more passengers farther — from, say, New York to London or Tokyo. Boeing and Airbus sell many more narrow-body jets, but airlines are increasingly demanding larger versions of those planes because of limited gates and runway capacity at many airports and growing demand in travel. The Max was designed to compete against the Airbus A320neo family of planes. Experts say the verdict in that contest is clear: Boeing lost.

Did you hear about the Boeing incident? A door came flying off during mid flight and they did an emergency landing. Since this happened - the stock has fallen about 7%. Imagine if the stairs fell from your apartment complex. And you have an appraisal in hand for 7M. Would your asset be worth 7% or $500,000 less? F*#$ no! The stock market is an algorithm that can be influenced by fear by the masses. (Covid 19 or an airplane incident). Real Estate is based on Cash Flow. Something you can feel, touch and control. The neat thing about Real Estate is that you don't have to figure out how to operate it or unclog toilets. You can partner & invest with operators to gain exposure. P.S. I own stocks too.
After the emergency landing of #AlaskaAirlines Flight 1282 on Friday night, nobody wants to be sitting on a Boeing 737, especially not a window seat. Just this afternoon, United Airlines released a statement saying it found loose bolts in multiple Max 9 jets. But the Max 8 — which Brooke Sutherland describes as “the true workhorse of this family of jets” — is still flying and not under #FAA scrutiny. Would you fly on a #737Max right now? Let me know. SWISS' New Airbus 330 First-Class Seats Cause Nose-Heavy Balance Issue In 2023, SWISS announced Swiss Senses, which entailed an upgrade to its widebody aircraft, namely the Airbus A330-300 , Boeing 777-300ERs, and future Airbus A350-900s. According to Business Insider, the airline has discovered that the new first class seats are too heavy. Because the new premium seats are too heavy, the planes will be nose-heavy, unless changes are made. An airline spokesperson told Business Insider that to solve the problem, a balancing plate would be added to the aircraft. Details about this balancing plate were not revealed. So much consideration is given to the lighting environment of homes, offices, and public areas to create comfortable spaces for everyday life. It only makes sense to give the same amount of thought to the inflight experience. A simple upgrade solution to improve the journey of each and every passenger.
