The Vermont Community Foundation’s Post

Together we have raised $2.5 million in flood relief gifts and commitments for the VT Flood Response & Recovery Fund 2023 (thank you!!!) and distributed $330,600 in grants and aid statewide this week. Another round of grants will be made next week, bringing the expected total to over $500,000 distributed from the fund, with more to follow soon after. Every dollar raised, every dollar allocated by state and federal government, and every dollar given will be needed as we address three phases: Phase 1: Immediate Response and Relief Phase 2: Building Back Communities Phase 3: Watershed Resilience https://lnkd.in/eTqviZmS #VTFloodRecovery #VTFlood23 #vermontstrong

In the best of times and in the hardest of times, Community Foundations are amazing organizations. I’m so glad your community rallied through this crisis. Wishing you all brighter days ahead.
