Financial crises happening in different countries are generally characterized by bursting asset and credit booms. Wide-spread balance sheet problems follow the burst accompanied by problems in foreign financing, and the need for government support Banking crises are differ from each other between developed and developing countries. Banks liabilities in developing countries have shorter maturities than their counterparts in developed countries. In developing countries banking regulatory and monitoring systems and regulations are weaker and less mature. Also developing countries have not sufficient tools and means to mitigate risk. Therefore, we should be able predict the next financial crisis in banking sector to protect our national wealth

Tighter monetary policy has so far contributed little to ease prices and has come at a steep cost in terms of inequality and damaged investment prospects. Meanwhile, the cost of living and insufficient wage growth continue to squeeze household budgets everywhere. Economic inequality remains a significant challenge, with developing countries disproportionately affected, including by the effects of monetary tightening in the advanced economies. This widening wealth gap further threatens to undermine the fragile economic recovery and the aspirations of nations to meet the sustainable development goals (SDGs). UNCTAD calls for: ➡️ A more balanced policy mix of fiscal, monetary and supply-side measures to achieve financial stability, boost productive investment and create better jobs. ➡️ Reform of central banks’ mandates to move beyond inflation-targeting to balancing the priorities of monetary stability with long-term economic sustainability. ➡️ Greater policy coordination through multilateral institutions, particularly to mobilize resources for countries in a position to deliver faster growth. Some central bank is raising interest rates, Some are anticipating to reduce interest rates. But nothing is known for certain. And if there is one things that markets do not like, 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐘. While the world and market tries to make sense of the madness. As investors, what do we do? Answer is simple, but not easy. 𝟏. 𝐃𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬: Continue your research and stay informed about market trends. 𝟒. 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡: Nurture your physical and mental well-being during challenging times. 𝟓. #presentingcurrencyinnovatorassourceofsintohumannature The economic hurdles faced by most developing countries often originate from the three key aspects of currency and currency market dynamics: currency market, speculation, and hoarding. Currency market instability and manipulation, fueled by speculation and hoarding, can lead to economic instability and hinder growth. Without a well-developed transaction control system in place to regulate these activities, developing countries are more vulnerable to currency manipulation, inflation, devaluation, and financial crises. To address these challenges, developing countries need to strengthen their transaction control systems, implement effective regulatory measures, promote financial education, and enhance transparency in financial transactions. By addressing these issues, developing countries can work towards creating a more stable and resilient economic environment conducive to sustainable growth and development.
