The guarantee is supposed to the signatures of the people guaranteeing the loan, not guaranteeing repayment. this has been in the system so long and it needs to change. The guarantee is the guarantee to the person borrowing or being given that money by the institution that is giving it to them it’s the signatures of the people guaranteeing the loan the grant the gift the .

And the Jansings and the Davis’ did something extraordinarily similar to triple it up. the taylor’s, jansings and davis’ of all hues and translations have started treasuries, social security and medicare in all countries.
