Welcome to a day in the life of a public speaker and CEO running an online coaching business. I started my day by making coffee and journaling, and then I went to a kickboxing class so that I could move my body and get those happy hormones going. After class, I showered and got ready to record a podcast episode for lunch. I met one of my coaching clients and we had this amazing food. It was so nice to see my client in real life instead of behind a computer screen. When we finished eating, I paid and took a photo of the receipt using the QuickBooks app. Got this feature is a game changer. It helps me keep track of my expenses, gives my accountant visibility, plus it really saves me time when it comes to monthly reconciliation and preparing for taxes. This means I can spend more time serving my client. Then I drove back to my Home Office, or I responded to emails about an upcoming speaking engagement, and I ended my day by walking my dog, Paloma. Great feature if you're a QuickBooks customer. I just don't like keeping stacks of receipts around, digital is definitely the way to go.

Gee, what would you do before the invention of FILES and FILE FOLDERS? Get organized. How about taking a pic with your phone and putting it in a titled folder so you can access it later. FOR FREE!
