Where do the highest-paying jobs pay the highest wages? In May 2022, airline pilots, copilots, and flight engineers in Washington state made the highest mean wages, at $278,260 per year. Chief executives had the highest mean wages — $414,350 — in New Jersey. Computer and information systems managers earned the most in New York, at $217,630, while architectural and engineering managers in California had the highest mean wages in their fields with $193,600. I disagree. Think about this: If the chart read—(combining “free time” + “liking what you do” + [emphasis] “salary”) = NET-WORTH. Imagine, you could have ACCESS to more time with family, vacations, and ‘free time’ could all equal to the other two charts. Who cares about TITLE, as long as you’re an entrepreneur!
