I don't understand a person that has dreams and desires and ambitions, wonderful thoughts that you don't want to work, you don't want to work, everybody that is somewhat successful. They had to work, man. We are in a world now where we need great leaders. We need great leaders to be prepared. And I don't mean that in a political lens. I mean that in general, in business, in life, in schools. We need great leaders. We stay true to who you are. I've watched it in real time and many, many times, including launching this show or writing this book. The pack will come to you and it's OK to feel vulnerable. It's OK to feel, you know, out of body and not confident. It's OK. Sometimes it feel like you want to be a part of the crowd, but always find your lane and just ride it to the wheels fall off because other people will run behind you. You know, it's always important to be learning something and whether you are five years old, whether you're 50 years old, there's always more to learn out there. There's more skills we can gain, whether it's skills at the specific job or area that we're interested in. We're just being more curious and knowledgeable about the world around us. There's so many ongoing changes where their technology or behavioral science and the world is a much richer and more engaging place if we see it in those. In those light. No matter where your position right now, you can lead. No matter how recluse you are, you you, you can still lead in some form of fashion. No matter how subtle, you're all docile. You can still leave. You don't have to be the most sexy or the most beautiful person in that group. But you still could be a leader. And if it's your calling to to be that, I need you to accept it. Because if you don't accept it, that phone is going to keep ringing in your spirit until you walk into the promise of who you were called to be.
