When we first began investing in AI, the most viewed video on YouTube was Friday by Rebecca Black…don’t pretend you didn’t contribute to the 171 million views.     For over a decade, we’ve used AI to deliver smarter and faster innovative solutions to improve healthcare.     Who knows what we’ll be saying about AI in the next 13 years or what video will have the most views on YouTube, but that’s part of the fun, right?     #AIAppreciationDay

I would love to learn more about how Real Chemistry has been able to use AI to improve customer experiences in the healthcare industry. I'm currently doing a deep dive on AI & CX in the pharmaceutical industry and have found that due to its highly regulated nature, it is the slowest verticle to adopt.  If anyone at Real Chemistry is interested in sharing their experiences and insights, I would really appreciate the opportunity to connect!
