But I kept hearing the call & I couldn't push aside my need for using my voice anymore. My hope with these talks and this book (that will launch on my birthday this year 🍰) is that we spark a movement together that creates more connection and fulfillment through some raw honesty. Merry Christmas 🤍✨🌲✨🤍 In 2019 I converted to Judaism. I met a Rabbi in 2017 who was affiliated with the American Jewish University in Los Angeles and I knew this was the right situation for me. For 2 years I went through a process with him and finally met with the AJU board and completed my mitzvah. When I was young my family would have a big christmas dinner, we would play games around the tree and I would go to midnight mass with my dad. Special memories I’ll cherish always. 🎄 But I will admit that even as a kid, with so many Jewish friends, I had an affinity with all the meaning everything held in Judaism. I remember going to my first passover dinner and joking for years that one day I would be jewish. 😆 Little did I know then that I would meet Joe and want to raise a Jewish family… This is a special post for me because I don’t talk much about the fact that I’m a convert… but I think it’s time to not give a sh*^ what people think. We are all the same on the inside and with everything happening in the world I’m more proud than ever - when being jewish is uncool & dangerous - to have made this choice. I dont have kids yet - but I know what I want the holidays to be for them… So here’s a little slide of how I celebrate now. The last one is of course my fav - also this is Red’s first holiday season with us ☺️❤️ Xx 😘

Can we talk about mental heath? 😃🧠😞 We ARE prioritizing it in 2023, right friends? Being someone who is a bit of a lone wolf I have found I’m at my strongest mentally when I am fully emersed in my business. Changes will always occur in all of our lives though - - One might get married and attempt to take on a housewife role & explore the ladies who lunch world. (My recent experience) One might find business going so well they can take a step back and semi retire. One might have a child and take a year off. (Not yet for me if your curious ☺️) While some might leave a 9-5 to start a business or get laid off entirely and have a hard time starting over… …clearly the list can go on and on because change is inevitable & comes in many forms. But with change comes the lessons. Lessons in what IS FOR US and what IS NOT. Sometimes when the lesson is whats NOT for us We can get stuck in a loop of negativity because we might want to make that situation work more than we should & then comes accepting that closed door. That closed door often brings with it self doubt, insecurity & those horrid “is it me” thoughts which start the downward mental spiral. We so often disregard our bodies need to say no and become a yes man/woman to try to pry closed doors open. This year, im prioritizing saying NO, im listening to my body when it tells me things are not for me even if it’s saying no to a client that I know is not a fit for my companies vision. & I am leaving closed doors closed. I’m accepting that I florish most in a community of entrepreneurial minded people. 🏆 In 2023 let’s prioritize following the path we really want to follow and not being concerned with naysayers 🔥🔥🔥🔥

We have one more day of relaxation before 2023 is in full swing ✨✨✨ Since New Year’s Day fell on a Sunday…. … I can appreciate our government giving us more time to be with family & recharge BUT If you’re like me & feeling this infectious “GO TIME” energy 2023 is bringing - - it can be hard to sit for an extra day! So what’s one to do ?!?! 🧐 Get the planner out? Clear the inboxes? Meditate? Shop? I’m here in New York, so I decided to stop in to The Museum of Modern Art and get inspired by some creative works. I am not a creative like a painter or an artist 👩🏻🎨 but creativity does play a big part in business. Sure, you might hire someone to take on that aspect for you and your business personally… …But your vision for your future does play off of your OWN creativity. Agreed? If yes, then how do you tap in?!

Happy new year 🥳 Is this last pic of me from 2022 looking back or looking forward?! 🧐 Looking back is so valuable - - All the lessons would be a loss if we didn’t look back at them before we move onto the next phase. 2022 has been full of lessons in business ventures and personal relationships. Each and every one of them has helped me to level up. BUT…. …there is no gain in reviewing the past year for too long. Where are my Florida property owners?!? -THIS IS AN INSURANCE CARRIER CALL OUT- There has been much in the news about alleged frivolous law suits against carriers in the state of Florida. Maybe there is a reason for this? 🧐 I’m sharing a link here for a video below where 3 independent insurance adjusters, working on behlaf of the the isnurance company, have come forward to share some dirt… …After discovering that there property damage evaluations were changed without their permission, these carrier employed IA’s are not too happy. These adjusters that the insurance company hired were assigned to review propeties that were recently damaged after hurricane Ian. After these IA’s completed the inspections, it was determined the roof’s needed replacement - - Only to later find… …THEIR OWN ESTIMATES MAGICALLY CHANGED 🤯🤯 & now these properties are only approved for minor roof repairs. Do we see a problem here??!?!?!? I sure do… 🛑 It’s extremely important for Florida property owners to understand what’s going on behind the scenes here. What else are we to do after being blatantly abused by our insurance carriers? Help me spread the world to all florida property owners / investors. #notok #floridastrong #ucspa

IAN PSA 🚨 🚨 Anyone owning property in the state of Florida…. ….Don’t let insurance carriers bully you through scare tactics. 🛑 💪🏼 Right now Florida is a mess. & what’s happening by way of local and state legislators warnings / suggestions is very wrong. Property owners are filing property damage claims left and right. & then being strong armed as they await their settlements & recovery. As a property owner large or small - - do NOT get boxed into a corner. Locals are being advised to have zero trust in anyone handling claims recovery efforts outside of the insurance carriers. That is not in your best interests. Don’t be fooled into believing you do not have a right to your own representation. The beauty of america is that we in fact have means to a voice and a right to defend ourselves. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Do not forget this! The property insurance world is in crisis and there is a very real possibility a storm of this size could bring down many property casualty insurance providers in the state. While scary, that in no way means you no longer have a right to challenge the insurance carrier if you feel you are not being properly compensated and your situation is being overlooked. - - - you have paid for years - - - Protect yourself!!!! Contractors & remediation companies should not be hired by anyone but you as the property owner! The insurance company should not try to control this. Your obligation is to prevent further damages.
