A global mindset, clear vision and effective collaboration. These are three critical attributes for leading in today’s dynamic environment and I saw their power in action during last week’s The Consumer Goods Forum Global Summit in Chicago.   I was inspired by my conversations with fellow CGF Board members and many industry executives. Imagine a world where no one dies from smoking-related diseases or preventable skin cancers. That’s the world we envision at Kenvue. During my visit with our Canada team this week, ahead of #WorldNoTobaccoDay, I saw many examples of how we are partnering with NGOs and healthcare professionals to help tackle preventable diseases and support the health of all Canadians. ·      Through Nicorette in Canada, we are sponsoring smoking cessation programs to support communities where there are higher smoking rates. ·      With Neutrogena, we are sponsoring Melanoma Canada’s “Mole-mobile” which travels around Canada to provide awareness and education on signs of skin cancer. ·      Our Aveeno team is collaborating with expert dermatologists such as Dr. Geeta Yadav to bring education, awareness and solutions to the diverse Canadian population. Another important ritual for our Kenvue team is coming together to celebrate our impact, recommit to our path to success and give back to our communities.   This week, Kenvuers around the world joined Kenvue Live, our opportunity to highlight the impact we are making through our iconic brands and recognize the dedicated, passionate teams behind these efforts. Every day, I see the progress we are making on our strategic priorities and I am incredibly proud of how Kenvuers are embracing our journey of rapid transformation.   I am also inspired by the thousands of Kenvuers who joined our inaugural volunteerism week. They brought everyday care to life by providing hygiene kits filled with Kenvue products to people in need with our partner Heart to Heart International, hosting STEM activities for children and teens, delivering meals to home-bound elderly and taking part in many other worthy initiatives.    Thank you to our Kenvuers who are putting our Purpose into action every day.    #WeAreKenvue
