WE MAKE SENSE! This the slogan developed by the team during the Vision/Mission session in our 1st offsite team event of the new Sensor Signal Conditioning Product Line. 2.5 days all together where we had intense and fruitful discussions. Team members coming from Korea, China, US, Bulgaria, Germany bringing different points of view and to lay the foundation of our new journey. „FROM GOOD TO GREAT“ has been the overarching framework of our event. 4 pillars have been highlighted: set direction, team identity, strive for excellence, have joy. Autonomy allows speed and flexibility. Team members can be creative with solutions when they don't have strict rules to follow or need permission to be granted. Freedom builds trust and enables innovation.

Here's a mini introduction of myself, while explaining my objective of finding a team.

Team bonding and trust are crucial elements for any team to achieve outstanding results. Without these two factors, it's challenging to create a cohesive and productive team. When team members have a strong bond, they can communicate more effectively, resolve conflicts efficiently, and work towards a common goal. Trust, on the other hand, creates an environment where team members feel safe to express their opinions and ideas, leading to better decision-making and innovation.

A good engineer can be a bad employee and a bad engineer can be a good employee. Technical competence doesn't always supersedes the interpersonal competence! It solely depends on the management what kind of environment they want to nurture within team!
