Here are my top 4 automatic reminders I’ve set that have completely changed my life. Setting automatic mobile reminders is an essential component of being a successful adult. 1. Quarterly reminder to replace electric toothbrush head - an old tooth brush head is extremely ineffective. It’s so easy to go 1 year plus without changing without a reminder. Implement this reminder to improve oral hygiene. 2. Replace car/truck tabs annual reminder. The month tabs are due for a refresh typically stays consistent. Set an annual reminder and avoid ever getting a $100+ ticket again. 3. Twice monthly reminder to change sheets - while automatic for some, others not so much. Clean sheets improve health and odor. 4. Weekly reminder to buy groceries. Again for some this is automatic already. If you’re a bachelor like myself, its easy to go a week or more without grocery shopping if there are nearby dining options. If there is always a resupply of healthy food in the fridge weekly, dinining out spending will decrease and health/weight will naturally improve.

Federal safety officials have announced that Jool Baby, a brand of children's products, has recalled over 63,000 infant swings that were sold at Walmart stores and online due to a suffocation risk. Infants who slept in products with a 20-degree incline were subjected to higher stress on the abdominal muscles, which could result in fatigue and asphyxia, according to a study referenced in the federal regulation of infant sleep products. Consumers who are affected should register at www.JoolBaby.com/recall and upload a photo of the warning label on their swings.
