๐ก My thesis on why I started Thoughtly: We're building Siri for businesses. As hardware companies like Apple, Google, and Amazon integrate voice into their products, it's clear that voice commands often offer a more convenient user experience. Sometimes, asking "๐๐๐๐ฉ'๐จ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ง๐ ๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐ค๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ค๐ข๐ค๐ง๐ง๐ค๐ฌ?" is just easier than fumbling through your phone. With the continuous improvement of language models, voice interaction is poised to replace many functions currently reliant on touch. That's why we're building Siri for businesses. Every business already has a phone system, so why not improve this existing medium with the best possible customer experience? The future ๐๐จ voice AIโ and personally, I see this as one of the most powerful technologies a business can leverage. #voiceAI #generativeAI #ccaas
Interesting! Would you provide some written ledger as validation to action has actually been completed? I could easily see some use cases running into legal issues in which written proof of completion of an action would be required.
Integrating AI into your business can really increase your Conversions. Now a days your customer is one click away from your competitors. It's your choice
Love this!
This is amazing! ๐ The idea of Siri for businesses is absolutely next-level. What inspired you to focus on voice AI for business improvement, and what do you think will be the most transformational impact on customer experience? ๐
Currently carrying out research about this topic about a similar approach for web applications. Not Siri, but controlling applications by voice. Perhaps, we can connect.
Thoughtly for the people!
I've found that most don't have a phone system. Most don't even have a dialer for outbound. That said I like Thoughtly and agree.
This is next-level thinking! ๐
GO, Torrey!

1moCool idea. One question: Is it going to be a general purpose personal assistant or will you have dedicated AI agents for each business? I think you'll also need to implement integrations for each business and write AI agents for each vendor. As long as the product can do a small set of operations, but can do them very well it's going to be amazing. (even if it's just everything related to travel, hotels, flights, tourism booking etc)
