This week we celebrate Race Equality Week. An annual UK-wide movement uniting thousands of organisations and individuals to address the barriers to racial equality in the workplace. This year’s message is #ListenActChange, which means everyone should: 1. Listen to what needs to be fixed. 2. Do something based on what we learn. 3. Help make changes to end unfairness because of race. If we all focus on #ListenActChange, we can make real progress. Over the course of the week our EmbRace Network will be inviting colleagues to join the 5-day Challenge!
