The concept of “IT” – the inner drive that fuels greatness – was iconic and highly effective, fueling the brand's growth. Our partners at Gatorade are now relaunching the campaign with a modern twist for a new generation of athletes. When people ask me what I like most about my job at the NFL, I always talk about the opportunity I have in getting to know our players, and helping them tell their own powerful stories. I like how this campaign brings to life how athletes face more pressure, stress and distractions than ever before, and reminds us all that it’s not about hype, clout, clicks or likes. It includes a star-studded cast of athletes, including our own Josh Allen. The film is narrated by a guy named Michael Jordan, Gatorade’s longest standing athlete partner, and features the stories of how several of Gatorade’s roster athletes overcome their own obstacles by tapping into their personal “IT.” Congrats to Jeff Kearney and his team at Gatorade on this relaunch. We've been proud partners for 40 years and I love that you brought this campaign back. #IsItInYou

#isitinyou is one of the first campaigns I ever worked on and it was what made me fall in love with this business. This campaign coupled with the internal athlete mantra #willtowin that Michael Jordan embodied. So glad it’s back.

Childhood memory unlocked! I remember thinking that people would actually sweat the color of the Gatorade. It was a bittersweet feeling when I realized the truth! 😂 Happy to see this one return.
