The Total Forest and Tree cover is 24.62% of the geographical area of the country. The Total Forest cover is 7,13,789 sq km which is 21.71% of the geographical area of the country. The Tree cover is 2.91% of the geographical area of the country as of 2023. We lost 668,400 hectares of forest between 2015 & 2020. Which is very significant, this is one of the major reason of C02 emmisuon and loss of underground water. Forests are considered lungs of our planet and the rate at which we are loosing our forests in the name of development is alarming and very dangerous. We have already hit the point of no returns. We have only one planet know to us I think we are planning sixth extinction from planet earth.

Naturally, energy and material savings also result in cost-savings and profit.  I have been interested of environment all my life and feel that we can make a real difference here at Reliefed and show that better use of and respect for natural resources, also give better business. -Lets all work for a White Christmas !

MIND EMISSIONS: It cannot be ruled out that SEA LEVEL WILL RISE 5 METERS in the NEXT 125 years. 300 meters down the ice, researchers took the WORLD's TEMPERATURE - LET'S PREVENT WHAT MAY HAPPEN. Something is changing, and it can have enormous consequences. It is something we currently have no control over. Water warmed up on the open sea far away is carried further under the floating glacier than before. Today, there is too little knowledge of what happens under the ice, in the layers between the sea and the floating glacier. It is sea level rise to be concerned about. The world needs the information we find here. The sea does not rise if the floating glacier melts, because it is already in water. But the glacier is a kind of barrier that protects the huge ice masses on land. If the barrier disappears, the ice on land will slide faster into the sea. The amount of water stored as ice on land is unfathomable. In Greenland there is enough ice for the sea to rise seven metres, in Antarctica there is enough for 58 metres. No one expects all the ice to melt, but increasing melting of the ice caps is a danger we cannot ignore. The potential is huge, and it has tremendous consequences for all of humanity. There's no denying that we're hurtling towards the point of no return if we don't make real changes to limit global warming to 1.5C. In fact, Dr Michael E. Mann remarks in his book that we're actually already 'adding carbon into the atmosphere a hundred times faster' than when the dinosaurs went extinct 🤯 However, it's not all doom and gloom - we have power that the dinosaurs didn't. As he puts it, '[the dinosaurs] had no means to deflect the asteroid. They lacked agency. We do not. We are threatened with a catastrophe of our own making.
