These developments, backed by strong market fundamentals, are set to significantly enhance net operating income for FY2025. 💸 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐬: Non-core asset disposals are projected to yield approximately R1.8 billion this year. These funds are being reinvested into expanding logistics infrastructure and enhancing retail properties across strategic locations. 🛍️ 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Despite economic challenges, Fortress's retail portfolio has achieved remarkable growth, with a 7.1% increase in like-for-like tenant turnover and a reduction in vacancies to 1.3%. Notable successes include the rejuvenation of AbaQulusi Plaza and the positive impact of new tenant additions. ☀️ 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬: Fortress is committed to sustainability, aiming to increase its solar energy footprint substantially.
