❗News from the freezer❗ We are receiving an increasing number of enquiries for #Conditionmonitoring applications in the low temperature range with temperatures below -10 °C. The specified temperature range of our #IM18CCM product family only starts at 0°C. I therefore subjected one of my test devices to an endurance test. 10 temperature cycles from -20°C to 20°C. The test device was stored in a freezer for 6 hours and then put back into operation outside the freezer. As you can see, the system boots up reliably and saves the data in the internal memory as soon as the power is applied. The #IM18CCM60 returns to normal operating status 30 minutes later. We have implemented the visualisation with the #GRAFANA visualisation and analysis tool, which is pre-installed on the #IM18CCM60. I have already repeated this cycle 10 times and the #IM18CCM60 continues to work reliably. The sensors show no abnormalities and operate within the specified accuracy tolerances.
