Mark Davis is not worried about money, so this story alleges; but instead is only concerned about putting a winning team on the field. How very nice of him. I would argue that every NFL owner is concerned about money. If not, why are the Raiders the most expensive ticket in the league? Why does it cost $15 for a can of beer? Why does it cost $110 to park? Why did he need $750 million of taxpayer money for his stadium, as opposed to putting it all in himself? Why did he buy his practice facility for $0.50 on the dollar and turn around and sell it for a huge profit, to lease it back for 30 years instead? Yes, the NFL is absolutely all about money and Mr. Davis has quite a lot of it since moving his mediocre team to Las Vegas. In fact, the value of his team has more than doubled since the move. Rather than making very unintelligent decisions regarding his team, perhaps he could turn over the reigns to someone who actually knows something about the game, and then he can utilize his sizable excess cash flow to making the game an entertaining opportunity for families and blue collar workers to enjoy. One can only hope. #RaiderNation #Vegas

In what was truly one of the Javits Centers most brilliant, shining moments- the NFL draft held this week, brought back memories of 2005 when NFL Draft suddenly switched it’s location- just two weeks prior- to the Javits Center!
