Australia and New Zealand are more than just friends, we're family. Our two countries work best when we work together. And that's exactly what we're doing. 🇦🇺🇳🇿

It's time to shift our focus from eloquent English and start valuing skills that truly define us. As our friend here in Africa points out, a person's brilliance is not determined by their fluency in English. English is just one language among many, and it does not define who we are. Instead, let's prioritize skill-building and personal development. Let's focus on improving our abilities and honing our craft, rather than getting bogged down in perfecting our English vocabulary. This is an important reminder that we should all take to heart. Let's celebrate diversity and embrace the unique talents that each of us brings to the table.

🌟 Embracing Diversity: Celebrating Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month 🌟 As May unfolds, it brings with it a profound opportunity for us to come together in celebration of the vibrant tapestry of cultures that enrich our society. Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month is not just a commemoration; it's a testament to the invaluable contributions and resilience of these communities. Like so many of us, I am steadfast in my commitment to diversity and inclusion, recognizing that our collective strength lies in our differences. As an ally, I am deeply inspired by the stories, traditions, and achievements of our colleagues of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander heritage. Their voices, experiences, and perspectives are integral to our shared success and growth. Whether a part of the AANHPI community or an ally, it's incumbent upon us to actively listen, learn, and amplify the voices of those whose experiences differ from our own. Let's seize this moment to deepen our understanding, strengthen our bonds, and stand in solidarity with our colleagues and friends. 🌺 How do you plan to support and honor Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month? Your partnership matters—share your thoughts and join the conversation! 🌺 #aanhpiheritagemonth #diversityandinclusion #celebratingculture

Working in an international environment is an opportunity to meet people from other cultural backgrounds. Working with the language is not only about being able to speak a foreign language, but also about having a deeper understanding of the habits, mentality or situations that exist in a given nationality. The working culture in each country differs, although there are similarities. On German work culture in the video below. However, it is important to take note that things are not always as they say, but by learning about interculturalism, you can then observe in practice what works and what is no longer valid. Share your experiences of working with people from other countries in the comments! #ADCEEambassador #ADCEasternEurope #ALTEN #homeoffice #workculture #foreignlanguage
