Going above your customer’s expectations is always awesome!! I love getting my oil changed at Z Best Fast Lube in Wichita Falls, TX because of the extra things they do during the oil change. Not only do they change the oil with efficiency, but they always clean the front windshield and check/air up my tires if they need air. These are two acts of service that take them minimum time (about 30 seconds while the oil is being changed), but leaves a big impact on me as a customer! Job well done!
