You can lighten your mental load tremendously to avoid burnout, starting simply. Here’s how… Prioritise your tasks, Record the activities in your calendar (allowing enough time for each) Then, when your brain dumps all the stuff of your to-do list into your conscious mind, Tell yourself, ‘There is only one thing to do right now - the thing I have scheduled.’ ‘The rest of it will be taken care of, at the nominated time.’ And let the rest of it go. Over and over. Letting go. Lightening your load. You’ll need to keep practicing this, because this way of thinking is unfamiliar to you at this point. But the truth can set you free. #personaldevelopment #bestadvice #burnout
