Gary, that's a thought-provoking question. Regarding the jacket fillers who weren't up to par, it's hard for me to pinpoint individuals. However, it's evident that over recent months, there's been a surge in security breaches from sporting events to this. This underscores a concerning gap in training and expertise in the security sector. Regrettably, the direction the Department of Working Pensions / Ofqual & the SIA is taking seems to be diluting the industry's professionalism. Simply handing out badges to anyone deemed fit isn't a solution. The pressing need is for enhanced training and professionalism. Otherwise, we're on a trajectory to witness increasing security breaches like we are currently seeing. One would assume that incidents like the Manchester arena would serve as a wakeup call, yet it appears lessons haven't been fully absorbed.
