Co working spaces are evolving! I’ve tried a lot of them but always found the same experience. Coffee and snacks are great but there was no collaboration, networking, or fun conversations. People showed up but everyone just put on their headphones and sat quietly. I went from feeling isolated at home to feeling isolated in a public environment. I was chatting over the weekend with two of my best friends (who just happen to both be in B2B sales), and the conversation went something like this: It's been a tough few quarters. Is it getting better (yet)? Not really. Are your deals taking longer? Yup. Are y'all seeing conversion rates decline? Sure are. What about ACV? Has it gone down? You know it. Competitive pressure increasing? You bet. How many of your friends are on track to hit quota this quarter? Not many. TLDR: it's still rough out there. And AEs and CSMs are definitely feeling it. We're all scrambling to help our sellers get "unstuck". And most B2B revenue leaders I talk to are on the hunt for tech or strategy or process improvements (or all of the above!). Loved reading this morning about a Walnut customer who was able to shorten sales cycles and improve efficiency by leveraging interactive demos. In a selling environment where most things feels really hard, technology that drives GTM efficiency and alignment feels more important than ever. Cheers to my AE and AM and CSM friends out there fighting the good fight and finding new and creative and better ways to help your customers win. And here's hoping that we all have plenty more to celebrate in the months and quarters to come 🥂

To say that I'm grateful to be a member of the development team at Ohanafy is an understatement: being with this group has been a game changer for my career. As a member of a team that's revolutionizing the distributor space with a top-tier CRM, my skills in Salesforce development, problem-solving, and system design are continuing to grow immensely. On top of this group being growth-oriented, some other reasons that I love it here include: 1. Getting to learn valuable lessons and insight from those more experienced than myself: whether it's through joint discussions, guest speakers, or knowledge transfers from a leader of the team, there's always something to absorb from them. 2. Being in an environment where there's mutual accountability in going the extra mile: through some late nights and long weeks working on single features, this team continually puts in the time to make the product as best as it can be. 3. Getting to know my peers better by connecting with them outside of work: from quick coffee runs to blasting each other with paintballs, this team knows how to have fun. The team loved having you on Whitney Johnson Cowell! I started the idea of bringing an "Internal Guest Speaker" on at the beginning of the year to kick off our Monday meetings with the objectives: To spice up our Monday meetings: Increase Product knowledge and learn how each department operates Increase confidence in working internally across departments/offices Most importantly, the ability to internally network. I always think about increasing production by increasing efficiency. One of the best ways to increase efficiency is getting your team internally networked and engaged with the rest of the company. The guests we have had on include; Sales reps that have found success, the President of KCH, the head of our Air import/export team, and a colleague in our solutions departments. One of the things that I love most about KCH Transportation has been brought to light within this idea -> The willingness and the support of colleagues from different departments/offices wanting to collaborate. #creative #efficiency #leadership #management

The best Account Executives don't act like 'salespeople'. The best Account Executives act like 'CEOs'. Here's what I mean: They don't... — Focus only on their quota... — Or on generated revenue... — Or on their personal gains... Instead, they also... — Build a strong team — Set a stronger culture — Create an inspiring vision — Develop people's potential — Invest in the right relationships — Invent new solutions to problems In short, they always seek to create VALUE for others. You see... A 'salesperson' measures success by revenue. A 'CEO' measures it by the impact they create. The exciting part? Better impact leads to better numbers. As I approach my 90-day mark here at Bevi, I can't help but feel a sense of exhilaration and gratitude for the incredible journey so far. Despite starting on December 1st and navigating through the holiday season and a preplanned 3 week family vacation, I'm proud to say that on paper, I'm reaching this significant milestone. The past three months have been nothing short of a roller coaster ride - filled with high adrenaline, go-go-go moments here at Bevi. What made it somewhat easier was returning to a company I knew fairly well. Familiarity with the product, the sales motion, and many of the leadership team definitely gave me a head start. However, leading an Enterprise sales team for the first time, especially in a company like Bevi, which traditionally operated with short sales cycles and high transaction volumes, posed its own set of challenges. I was tasked with building the Enterprise team from scratch, and I dove in headfirst (as I usually do). So, what have I accomplished in these 90 days? ✅ Onboarded 2 exceptional reps (even while I was still navigating my own onboarding process) - both are on the right track to hit their ramping quota! - Go Daniel Kim & Gerry Roche ✅ Successfully hired 2 more reps, set to join the team this Friday - Yey! Welcome Alexa Ricci & Michael Melrose ✅ Organized and executed our January Enterprise Sales Kick Off, receiving rave reviews from the team and leadership. ✅ Implemented a focused approach by assigning specific accounts to each rep, emphasizing the importance of strategic targeting and complete focus. ✅ Crafted our first-ever Enterprise Pitch Deck and developed a comprehensive discovery question bank to elevate our conversations into a real Enterprise motion ✅ Engaged in customer-facing calls to gain invaluable insights into our team's needs and challenges, leading to actionable improvements. ✅ Collaborated closely with the ABM team to drive high-quality inbound leads, resulting in an impressive 18 leads from Fortune 1000 companies in just 60 days. ✅ Sign up with Attention (call recording) to enhance coaching processes and facilitate knowledge sharing across departments (when I joined, I felt like I was driving with a blind fold - this is something that I’m most excited about). These accomplishments are just the beginning of what I believe will be an exciting journey ahead. I'm thrilled about the opportunities and challenges that await us in the coming year. I have to thank Aron Kuehnemann who has been instrumental in pushing all my initiatives through, and encourages me to keep changing and improving our sales motion. I also want to thank my team for absorbing all of the information and coaching conversations and then running with them and excelling! Their success is my ultimate goal! I’ve seen gratitude be my lynchpin. Over and over again. Gratitude is a powerful demonstration that can have real impact on the way you live your life, let alone your ability to win new business. When you 'sincerely' express gratitude with a prospective customer, it shows that you value their business and appreciate the opportunity to partner in solving problems. This is how you accelerate trust building, strengthen relationships, and increase loyalty. Heck, in highly competitive markets, it can be what differentiates you. So go and be your sincere self and practice gratitude......AND make it the unpinning to your entire sales process.  Take it from me, some of the largest deals I’ve ever won, point back to being grateful. Truly grateful for the opportunity. Wear your heart on your sleeve. And when you’re authentic about it, you’ll become magnetic. Happy Wednesday, ya’ll.
