He interviews entrepreneurial trailblazer, Kaeli Lindholm, who's the founder and CEO of KLC Consuting, about the true meaning and importance of branding in an aesthetic practice or any business. She talks about branding being more about core values, mission, and how you aim to make patients/customers feel versus just a fancy logo and expensive website with pretty colors. I'm proud to call both Kaeli and Tyler not just colleagues but friends. Tyler is like a little brother whom I took under my wing when he was just starting out. His professional and personal growth has been incredible to watch as he climbs the corporate ladder and builds an amazing family. Kaeli reached out to me during Covid and we immediately hit it off. We helped guide each other as we were launching our businesses and I am truly grateful for the friendship and advice she's given me. Aspiring entrepreneurs and any aesthetic practice or any medical practice with a cash pay component should listen to this podcast hosted by my dear friend Tyler Terry, who is also the director of sales of a company called Touch MD, which has the best patient consultation software in the business. He interviews another dear friend who has been an industry leader for years. She branched off from being a top Rep. To a practice consultant to actually working for a practice to help them grow. To her own consulting business called KLC Consulting. Tyler asks Kaylee in this podcast about what branding means and what she does for practices. Her and her team will dive in. They will make the practice dive deep as to what their core values are, what their mission is. A brand is not just a pretty logo and pretty colors and a nice website. It is who you are, what you stand for, what kind of patient experience that you want to give each and every patient. Walks through your doors. So I'm proud of both of you. Tyler has gone from a sales Rep when I met him when he was 2324 years old to the director of sales. He's now launching his own podcast. I am so proud of you. Kaylee has had an incredible, just incredible journey to being an entrepreneur. And she's not only helping practices build an excel and grow across the country, but she's also helping female leaders. Across the country gain enough confidence to branch out on their own and to be their very best selves. So I'm proud to call each of you friends and I appreciate the shout out of being a connector.
