Hello Toyota, my name is Ahmed Abbas, an automotive engineer from Iraq. A short while ago, Toyota Iraq Branch published a job titled Logistics Specialist. I applied for it and was interviewed online. A contract was made between us regarding completing the interview system and determining the salary amount. The salary amount was determined at a rate of $1000-$1500. $ If they agree to this rate, the interview system will be completed with me, and I will then be notified of the completion. I will meet the CEO and the administrative director, and I am highly competent in this field. I was surprised when I completed the interviews and was congratulated on my acceptance that the contract was for a monthly amount of $880, even though I had reached their rate. The salary I want, they said in advance, since my first introductory interview, we agree. We will submit this request to the administration. If they agree, we will complete the interviews with you. Therefore, my complaint is: Why did they complete the interviews with me, knowing the amount that I specified from the beginning, and that I refuse to complete the interviews if the offer is less than the agreement is this the amount of credibility Toyota has?

Hello! Back in July 2023, my husband and I purchased a Toyota Yaris, even covering the delivery charges, with the expected delivery date in October of the same year. As of today, we are still awaiting delivery of the vehicle. Despite numerous attempts to contact Toyota, both through Viola dealership and the GBA North Zone plant, we have received no satisfactory response. Consequently, we have decided to pursue legal action. We feel deceived and utterly let down by the Toyota brand. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, TOYOTA! WE WILL NOT REST UNTIL WE RECEIVE OUR CAR AND ARE COMPENSATED FOR ALL THE TIME AND INCONVENIENCES WE HAVE ENDURED AS A FAMILY DUE TO THE LACK OF THE VEHICLE. Chances are, we will not even keep the vehicle, as it will only serve as a constant reminder of this bitter ordeal we are going through. However, our main concern is ensuring that others do not experience the same ordeal as us.

Toyoda family always give the support, I am damaged by Toyota Egypt.. after I reserved a car and paid 40% of the car’s price since 2022. Until now, Toyota Egypt refuses to hand over the seized car to me and they refuse to negotiate. Please help me get my right. I only want my rights. I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the quality and service experience with my Toyota Fortuner Legender, which I purchased in September 2023 from Nandi Toyota Banaswadi. On a recent highway drive, the tyre of my Fortuner Legender unexpectedly burst, with wires visibly protruding from the tyre. This incident, occurring after merely eight months of ownership, has raised significant safety concerns for me and my family. Despite having recently serviced my vehicle at Nandi Toyota Banaswadi, the issue with the tyres was not identified or communicated to me. I request immediate action to address the following: 1. A thorough investigation into the quality of the tyres provided and the recent service performed. 2. An urgent replacement of the faulty tyre(s) at no additional cost. 3.
