For the second time, I went through the Mentor the Young program, and I am so impressed and grateful to my mentor that I have to tell about him and our program. How to contribute to your company’s vision from a junior-level seat.

The real question is, do you hire leaders irrespective of the post, the experience and the hierarchy? A leader is a #leader for leadership #skills irrespective of the post! A true leader goes beyond titles, embodying qualities like #integrity, #empathy, and vision. They inspire others, foster #collaboration, and lead by example, creating a positive impact that transcends their official position.
