Humbled and honored to receive this award- it takes a village. I consider myself incredibly privileged to wake up every day and have an impact on a cancer patient’s journey, a disease that has directly impacted my family.   I consider myself lucky to lead a team of committed, talented, and driven individuals who never cease to amaze me and who teach me so much. I consider myself blessed to have endless support from mentors, mentees, and colleagues during my 10 year journey at Roche who have guided me, challenged me, and pushed me to be better. My greatest cheerleader, my husband, who has been on this journey with me every step of the way. Always a listening ear, always understanding of the job demands, travel, and is willing to step up and take on multiple roles for our family. The fight to be better for my family, my team, our customers, and most importantly the patients we serve fires me up every single day. For all of those that have had great impact on my career thus far (too many to mention), thank you for your infinite impact.
