Ever wondered where's the money for feminist organising? Have your say in a new survey by Association for Women's Rights in Development (AWID)! Only 1% of philanthropic and development funding directly supports feminist-led social change. To ensure that funding aligns with the needs and priorities of feminist movements, we need your voice! Who can participate? This survey is open to all groups, NGOs, and movements working for the rights of women and LGBTQI+ people, regardless of registration status or how long you’ve been active. The survey is available in Arabic, English, French, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. We're excited to share the GFS Strategic Plan 2024 – 2027: Ambitious and Brave. Over the last five years, GFS has gone through a period of organisational transformation, in which we have reviewed everything we do and how we work so that we can be ready for our next chapter. Women’s possibilities and potential have been restricted by historical and cultural conventions that have frequently placed them in subordinate situations, despite their continuing accomplishments witnessed in society. Acknowledging women's rights is recognizing that all people, regardless of gender, should have equal access to opportunities for employment, education, and personal development.
