Following in the trend of posting your picture on LinkedIn! I don't understand it, as I don't know how relevant is it to the content we want to tell our audience. Do people follow you based on your face value or do they follow you based on what you want to say? In my opinion, the image (if you are posting any), should be relevant to the content.
