My last role was at Strive Health as a Senior Associate in Market Ops, and I was unfortunately among last week's round of layoffs. My adult life has revolved around the personal philosophy that a life of service is a life well-lived. Whether it was enlisting in the Army six months after 9/11, teaching English in a high-risk high school in downtown Indianapolis, or the four years I spent helping those addicted to opiates in a substance abuse facility, I know I am at my best when devoting my time and energies towards helping others grow and realize their potential. I have a servant/leader mindset matched only by my determination and work ethic. There is a wealth of skills and experience here waiting to help you and your people succeed. My dream job would be a kidney educator. I have 12 years of dialysis experience plus my two at Strive as case manager. I'm passionate about educating patients on dialysis modalities with a focus on home therapies; I also love educating clinicians who don't come from a renal background. In fact, I'm so passionate about kidney care that I'm a living kidney donor!

I was unfortunately a part of the layoffs at Strive last week. I am a senior data analyst specializing in healthcare, product analytics, and finance. My technical skills include SQL, Excel, Tableau/Data Visualization, and Python, along with some exposure to data engineering. As for my next role, I spent the last 3 years at a VBC healthcare startup where I wore a lot of hats ranging from finance, healthcare economics, analytics, and data engineering. I had a lot of exposure there presenting to C-suite level executives both internally and externally and am ready to "level up" my career. I am enthusiastic about applying this experience to another healthcare company that resonates with my professional values and offers opportunities for growth into a management role. The ultimate goal is to join a startup, ideally within an analytics/healthcare economics role, where I can contribute and make a significant impact from day one.
