What our seniors give to us is more than we can ever give to them.” Holly Snyder, Executive Director at Prairie Lakes Health Campus, is one of the many Trilogy leaders with a truly special story – having served as an Administrator In Training that would one day prepare her for the Executive Director role. Commonly referred to as “AiTs”, Administrators in Training earn as they learn with a development experience that includes: • A structured rounding plan. From Culinary to Life Enrichment, participants experience working alongside every Trilogy department as they complete their mandatory AiT hours. • Training courses focused on leadership skills and getting participants acquainted with Trilogy culture. • Dedicated time and resources to help our AiTs prepare for the LNHA/HFA exam. Trilogy’s quality care begins with taking care of our employees in times of good and in times of need…and that’s why the Trilogy Health Services Foundation is such an important part of what we do. The mission of the Trilogy Health Services Foundation is to improve the lives of Trilogy Health Services employees so that they may reach their full potential through education, financial stability, and healthy living, which creates memorable moments for our residents. And right now, The Trilogy Health Services Foundation is running its annual Knock Out Hunger through Careshelf food drive until July 31st. This program raises donations and food items that go directly towards the Foundation’s Careshelf Program, assisting Trilogy employees who are experiencing food insecurity. Through the efforts of the campaign, the Foundation can provide every Trilogy facility with its own food pantry shelf, stocked with non-perishable food items. Congratulations to our very own Heather Waldridge for being appointed President of the IFMA Greater Louisville Chapter! Heather has served as Trilogy’s Facilities Program Manager since 2016 - overseeing logistics, rollouts, and training for new programs within Plant Operations and Environmental Services. During the pandemic, Heather was instrumental in implementing innovative measures like UVC lighting and Clean Trace ATP testing, emphasizing her proactive approach to facility management. Her association with the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) began in 2020 – and has since spanned roles that include Vice President, Communications Chair, and member of the Golf committee. IFMA is a not-for-profit incorporated association dedicated to maintaining excellence in the management of facilities. As President, Heather is tasked with leading and expanding the Louisville chapter - aiming to enhance both members' and non-members' understanding and appreciation of facility management. Her goal is to elevate the profession by showcasing its critical role in not only managing building infrastructure, but also ensuring the health and wellbeing of the residents who call said infrastructure home. Way to go, Heather – our residents, staff, and families are so lucky to have you!
