Here at First Digital Trade, we never stop, and we are very passionate about our work, but above all, we love solving problems. Observing ourselves and the world around us, we realized that we could solve a corporate problem related to employee management by leveraging embedded finance. Many issues related to employee compliance management have been addressed by startups like Deel, and other more basic solutions for digital nomads have been tackled by many, as well as expense management and reimbursement for employees. In all cases, there is always a bank, a connection to a bank, many different dashboards, a lot of fragmentation, and even (immortal) some documents that require a pen signature. So, we structured a product that we think is wonderful: creating a digital payments app for companies, directly connected to the ERP system that manages payroll and expenses, with a centralized dashboard and automatic reconciliation of disbursements and expenses (for those entitled). It allows the assignment of physical and virtual payment cards to employees. This model is particularly interesting for those with external teams, workers who do not have quick access to the banking system, reducing administrative workload and banking costs. Additionally, it is possible to integrate further management features, such as electronic meal vouchers, access management to construction sites, and much more, reducing costs, fragmentation, and instantly paying expenses and salaries.
