At Total Wine & More, we love connecting with customers by helping them find products they love.   I had the honor of speaking at the Harvard Data Science Review symposium, “Vine to Mind: Decanting Wine’s Future with Data Science + AI,” where I discussed how we utilize customer and product data and leverage Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Visualization to provide our customers with personalized product recommendations. After hearing from researchers from world-renowned universities like Harvard, Princeton, NYU and others and wine industry experts from GALLO, Constellation Brands, and Catena Zapata, I left the symposium feeling energized by the innovative work we’re all doing, and I am excited to see how we can continue to improve how we connect customers and wine and elevate their experience. Anytime you get to share or leverage expertise, it is great, but in a setting and group like this, it is pure gold!
