“WORST COMPANY” I ever worked for DISPLAY SPECIALTIES (DSI) -Wilder,KY>I was hired by DSI as a Logistics Mgr>DSI put me in a Job Set Up for FAILURE>in order to meet my Salary Requirements they merged Domestic & Import Transportation Mgmt responsibilities>They expected me to handle Carrier negotiations & operations of Domestic LTL, TL, Small Package Shipments plus International Container Negotiations plus work on getting them CTPAT Certified>My responsibilities normally would have required 2 import/international shpt workers plus 2 domestic workers & a team of people to handle CTPAT Certification (securing shipments w/ standard process from Manufacturing Plant in China to Receiving Containers at Wilder, KY>breaking down shipments & assembling customized orders for grocery store / retail chain stores like Walmart)>There was 1 guy in warehouse handling Bills of Lading/Shipment coordination & there was ZERO DATA MGMT or Transportation Shipment Computer System to efficiently gather data for carrier negotiation & shipment routing/coordination>At same time>I was Rehabbing a Shoulder & going through divorce I requested August 2004>My 1 Strength of Support was provided by my Soulmate/Fiancée (2009) that I think a Guardian Angel made sure we would meet at Mason Community Center 4.16.2005

It’s an opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning, and together, we can all succeed. Another win-win! 4. Drive for the company: If you’re interested in becoming a driver, this company offers ALL the fare minus $1, compared to only half offered by other rideshare companies. Plus, the owner is committed to giving back to the community by changing the rideshare industry, which makes it even more rewarding.
