Congrats Jason Lippert for 30 years of transformational leadership! Since joining Statzon, I've witnessed our remarkable growth firsthand. Yet, I often hesitate to take full credit for our successes. Why is this the case? Achievements at Statzon aren't just a product of individual effort but the culmination of continuous collaboration. Our advancements stem from in-depth discussions with team members, customers, and prospects. These interactions significantly refine our original ideas, making them far better than I envisioned alone. While I may have set the strategy and direction, my team executes these plans to perfection—often better than I could. Their hard work is what drives our success. Interestingly, owning up to failures is easier than succeeding. After all, each setback is a stepping stone for growth, provided we learn from our mistakes and swiftly pivot our strategies. Taking personal credit for what is a team effort doesn't sit well with me. But this raises a broader question: How do you feel about taking credit for work achievements?
